Recently, Sany Port Machinery’s 25-ton forklift was successfully delivered to NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). After three weeks of working day and night, the product support department of Sany America and its agents solved the problem of adapting the product to the third-party special gantry fork knife system. Finally, the rectification was completed before the deadline, and the delivery was realized in the afternoon of the same day and completed Operator training.
t is reported that this equipment uses a special mast, which must be produced and purchased locally in the United States. However, when the mast arrived, the mast mounting hole did not match the Sany cylinder, and the hydraulic valve and hydraulic pipeline did not match the Sany equipment. As a result, it could not be installed and needed to be redesigned and rectified. SANY’s product support department in the U.S., after designing the scheme, worked with agents to rectify and implement it, to overcome the high temperature of outdoor work and the tight delivery time. After three weeks of re-rectification, the installation was successful and the equipment was operating normally. This is also the first time that the United States seamlessly connects the Sany main engine and the third-party special gantry fork knife system designated by the customer.
This device will be used to send and receive special overweight items in NASA’s logistics warehouse, and may also include the Mars lander. The customer stated that he had never used such a large device before, and this device can better meet the support of sending and receiving large objects and overweight objects. During the use process, the customer said that Sany’s equipment is simple to operate, easy to use, smooth to use, and time-saving and worry-free. This also shows that the product design is more attentive and more reasonable.
