On the morning of June 28, 2022, Sany SAC24000T all-terrain crane, the largest wheeled crane in China, was officially delivered to Ningxia Julishen Construction Machinery Group. This is the third time that Sany has refreshed the largest tonnage record of domestic wheeled cranes.
Meet the owner’s 80% load rate requirement. As the largest wheeled crane in China, SAC24000T has a unique double winch configuration in China, which can lift a 270-ton rated load to a height of 100 meters.
Powerful transition capability and super high disassembly and assembly efficiency are the core advantages of SAC24000T. It has an eight-axle drive and three heavy-duty transition modes. It can go uphill and downhill like walking on the ground. It can be assembled within 10 hours of the first entry, and it can perfectly adapt to various landforms.
According to Jiang Guanying, deputy director of Sany Heavy Lifting and Super Ground Research Institute, in response to the trend of accelerated technological iteration in the domestic fan industry, SAC24000T is also equipped with variable super-lifting mast technology, intelligent auxiliary safety system, etc. The problem of touching the tower and the blade can help customers solve their worries.
After this delivery, the first station of this SAC24000T will go to Zhangjiakou Zhangbei wind farm to hoist the 110-meter 6.25MW model, which will play a key supporting role in the project construction.
